SOMALILAND RELIEF & RESEARCH ORGANIZATION (SOMRAR ORG) is Humanitarian, Non-Governmental, Non-Political, Non-profit and Non-partisan organization mainly operates in Somaliland.
SOMRAR -NGO-was founded 15 April 2018, a group of community development workers consist of men and women who are living in Somaliland, particularly, those involving social development projects.
Somrar vision is to concentrate its human resource energy and property as to develop the vulnerable Community.
While somrar mission is to struggle for improve the basic needs throughout somaliland.
Mainly somrar focused on the following programmes:-

Responsibilities
SOMRAR HR Manager should do the following tasks:
1: Consistently recruiting an excellent staff.
2: Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
3: Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
4: Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
5: Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
6: Conducting performance and wage reviews.
7: Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
8: Creating clear and concise reports.
9: Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
10: Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
11: Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
12: Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
13: Leading a team of junior human resource managers.
Requirements
The applicant should have the following skills.
1: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
2: Experience in human resources or related field.
3: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
4: Experience in educating and coaching staff.
5: Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
6: Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
7: Ability to give presentations.
8: Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
9: Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
10: Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
